Stephanie Harris, Manager

A native Northwesterner, Stephanie Harris started working for the Traveler in 2001. She became manager in 2007 when the store expanded and moved to our current location.

With a love of people, a curious nature and a sense of adventure, Stephanie traveled to Guatemala in 1972, where she studied natural medicine and worked with the indigenous population. This was her first travel experience outside the USA, and it shaped her feelings that travel is not as much about the destination as it is the people you encounter along the way. She found that memories are made by connecting with different cultures. It provided her with a deeper understanding and appreciation of the world we live and travel in.

Stephanie’s most recent travels have taken her to Greece and the Caucasus States of Armenia and Georgia.

She is happy to share her travel experiences and extensive product knowledge in helping you prepare for your next trip.  You can reach Stephanie directly at thetravelerinc@gmail.com.
